keeping yourself healthy

hahahha olaaa :) been busy the past few days doing"homework" hahahaha . alright so today im gonna share with u exercises thats gonna make u stay fit and also strong. as i am a sprinter and have been doing track and field for almost 9 years now, its gonna be a great idea to share with u some of my training workout  :')

1)so if u guys wanna work more on stamina this is the workout i did during training:
 before u do the workout make sure u warm up first to "prepare" ur body for the workout
        MY WARM-UP:
        -jog 1 round around the stadium
        -do some drills like ankling,butt kick etc (optional)

2)the workout
for endurance training that i did was the 200metre 10 times (2 sets only)
but dont worry theres a timing for every 200m.
well the stadium has 400m in total so half of it is 200.(obviously)
starting from the 200m line ur going to slow stride to the finishing line with a timing of 50 sec. after u reach the finishing line it means that u already complete 1 left with 9 more. and after u have done the break will be only 30 sec. then u continue running with the timing given for 10 times. so this means that u will be a running a total of 5 rounds. after u complete the first set rest to about 7-10mins 
then start another set. 

3)after the workout our routine is to do the 10 abs
  i shall do a video on the 10 abs exercise soon!! :)

u also can try other exercises. u can google it if u think this workout is hard :)
